Geography quiz: how well do you know the world?
Mountains, rivers, deserts, islands and cities: every question is a place, and you answer by dropping a pin on the globe. The closer you are, the more you score.
Every free daily round has a Geography question. Whole Geography rounds, as many as you like, are part of Pro (try it free for 3 months).
How it works
- Every answer is a place. Read the question, spin and zoom the globe, then tap where you think the answer is.
- The closer, the better: up to 1,000 points a question. Land within 750 km to win the wedge.
- Easy, Moderate or Hard: 133 questions across the three levels, written for TriviaWorld and checked before they go live.
- Free, in your browser: no download, on your phone or computer. Playing with friends? Host it as a quiz night.
Example questions
- Where is the highest mountain on the Australian mainland?
- Where is Africa's second-highest mountain?
- Where is this island church?
- Where is Oslo, the capital of Norway?
Know where they are? Play and find out: the answers are revealed on the map as you go.
